The Neofox phase fluorometer couples to our fiber optic oxygen sensor to provide O2 measurements in gases or liquids. The sensor is based on measuring the fluorescence decay rate of a ruthenium-organic complex. A pulsed blue LED provides the excitation. Molecular O2 quenches the fluorescence. The unit comes with our standard FOXY-R fiber probe and fiber assembly. You can calibrate the sensor using gases (such as air and N2), or in liquids such as water (air saturated and O2 stripped water). A temperature probe is included to monitor and correct for temperature differences. Factory calibrations of the probe are vaialble as well. Rent is by the week.
